Earn Blast Point & Gold
Blast Points (Bridged asset points)
Since November 20th, EOAs that have bridged ETH/USD to the Blast launch bridge have earned points proportional to their balance over time.
After depositing in Bladeswap, you'll continue to earn Points, which you can check on the Blast Point dashboard. We will credit all the points awarded to our Vault contract in proportion to the amount of ETH/USDB LP and ETH/BLADE LP staking by users. Don't miss out on a single drop of the Blast airdrop!
Blast Gold (Developer points)
As the runner-up winner of the BigBang competition, we were awarded a significant amount of Developer points. We'll continue to receive additional points even after the mainnet launch. These Developer points, known as Blast Gold, are as valuable as their name suggests, being exchanged for BLAST tokens in the future! We plan to return 100% of the Developer points and Gold to our loyal users through various methods, including the Daily Free Loot Box system. Loyal users will be able to claim the majority of the $Blast and $Blade airdrops!
Season 1: NFT-Centric Distribution
Period: From BladeSwap Launch to March 28, 0 UTC
NFT Snapshot: April 4, 0 UTC
Season 1 of Blast Gold distribution incorporates allocations from the Big Bang Competition, emphasizing BladeSwap NFTs. As previously announced, NFTs obtained from Daily Loot Boxes will underpin the Blast Gold distribution. The quantity of Blast Gold allocated will depend on the number of BladeSwap NFTs each user possesses, distributed by tier based on a snapshot taken post the epoch ending on April 4, 2024. Blast Gold will soon be awarded to BladeSwap NFT holders. From April 4, BladeSwap NFTs will be phased out from loot boxes.
Season 2: Broader Criteria for Distribution
Period: Starting March 28, 0 UTC
Following Season 1, Season 2 expands beyond solely using BladeSwap NFTs for Blast Gold distribution. Blast Gold, accumulated through BladeSwap's engagement within the Blast ecosystem, will be awarded to users based on a wider range of criteria that reflect contributions to protocol growth. Although Blast Gold remains attainable via loot boxes, its allocation will no longer be NFT-centric, with NFTs ceasing to be part of loot boxes.
Major Changes in Blast Gold Season 2 on BladeSwap:
Elimination of NFTs in Loot Boxes: Post-April 4, BladeSwap NFTs will no longer be obtainable from loot boxes. Instead, users can acquire BladeSwap Season 2 modules from loot boxes, visible on the loot box page. A key change is that the new BladeSwap module is not an NFT, making it non-tradeable or transferable. However, weekly loot box rankings may still be enhanced based on scores in these categories, resetting weekly. This aligns with the foundation's policy against Blast Gold proxies. We adhere to all rules and standards of the Blast ecosystem.
BladeSwap Season 2 Modules Will Be Burned After Blast Gold Distribution: Upon completion of Blast Gold distribution, which is based on the holdings of BladeSwap Season 2 modules, all accumulated modules will be burned. After the burn, the newly collected modules will be reapplied as the basis for the next Blast Gold distribution.
Governance Scores No Longer Give Boxes: Boxes will no longer be available based on governance scores. Initially, governance scores were meant for $veBLADE voters post-TGE. Given governance's significant role in protocol growth, Blast Gold will be separately distributed to $veBLADE voters post-TGE, independent of the loot box system.
Note: The distribution timing of Blast Gold by the Blast Foundation is flexible, contingent on the Foundation's distribution cycles. As such, multiple epochs can accumulate in a single Blast Gold distribution.
Detailed information regarding the distribution for Blast Gold Season 2 will be provided following BladeSwap's official TGE.
